There will be Halloween costume contests for both kids and adults -- kids costumes will be judged at Chapters Book Store at 6; the adult costume contest will take place at the Crowne Plaza at 7pm. Downtown Inc has organized trick-or-treating at several downtown businesses and a pumpkin painting at the corner of North Street and Maplewood Avenue. There will also be LED hula-hooping, new art exhibits including a 3D art show, a poetry slam -- plus tons of great jazz jamming all along North Street! We're packing this one full of surprises so come out and jazz up the streets!
